Thank you for choosing LIONMTS and Webmail.us for your email needs. Below is some information to help you set up and manage your email services. 

Can I send broadcast emails (more than 100 recipients)?

I am having email issues not listed above, who do I call?

 

 

How do I set up my email boxes? 

1. Log in to the control panel at https://clientmailadmin.lionmts.com
            Username: admin@yourdomainname.com
            Password: Will be provided in a separate email
2. Click on Email Accounts
3. Click on Mailboxes
4. Click the Add Mailbox button
5. Enter the following information in the spaces provided:
Mailbox—Enter a unique username for the email account.  This username will also be the email address
Password—Enter a password you would like to use for this account
Re-type Password—Retype the password you entered in the Password box
 
If desired, you can enter additional information about the user in the fields provided.  This is not required.
6. Click the Save button.
 
Note: If you are unable to create a new account because you have reached your maximum number of mailboxes, please contact your LIONMTS Sales Executive to purchase additional boxes.

You can access your email anywhere you can access the internet. Simply go to the following website address:
 
To log on, enter your email address for the username and the password you or your administrator selected for your account.

Configuring Microsoft Outlook for use with your email can be done easily by using the Auto-Config tool provided by Webmail.us.  This tool will save you time and headache by doing the configuration for you.  Visit the following link to get started:

To increase the storage capacity of any of your email boxes or to add additional boxes to your account, please contact your LIONMTS Sales Executive.
 
Begin by verifying the sender sent the message to the correct email address.  It only takes a single typo to prevent emails from reaching you.  Once you have ensured the correct address was used, check to see if the sender received an email indicating their message was undeliverable.  If he or she did, the email may include a description of why the email failed to reach you.

Here are some common reasons why people may be unable to send email to you:

      • Your box is full – you cannot receive messages if your email account has reached it's storage limit.
      • The sender's email may have been identified as spam and blocked from your account (See http://www.webmail.us/docs/support/webmail-6.0.pdf for information on managing spam)
      • The sender's email service is not functioning (crashed server, power outage, or any other sort of technical difficulty)

If you have verified none of these issues are ocurring and you are still having difficulty receiving emails, please contact our technical support at 1-800-655-6188.

 

Begin by verifying you sent the message to the correct email address.  It only takes a single typo to prevent emails from reaching their recipient(s).  Once you have ensured the correct address was used, check to see if you received an email indicating the message was undeliverable.  If you did, the email may include a description of why the email failed.

Webmail.us has a great spam filter already in place to help you avoid spam.  If you are still receiving an unmanagable number of unsolicited emails (or emails from a person you want to block) you can adjust your spam filter settings.  To do so, please reference the Spam Filter Preferences section listed of the Webmail.us user guide:
 
Your webmail supports both email forwarding and an out of office assistant.  To learn how these tools are used please see the Vacation and Email Forwarding section of the Webmail.us user guide:
 
In order to combat spam, neither LIONMTS nor Webmail.us supports the broadcast emailing of mass unsolicited emails.  If you are interested in email marketing and would like more information please visit the following link:
